Buyer's Agreement
Dear Future Buyer,
Please read this before making a commitment...
I pride myself in providing my customers with happy, healthy dogs. I take care to ensure you are getting a good quality pup that has been handled with nothing but love. My intention as a breeder is to give every one of my puppies a fantastic and loving forever home. I never want any of my dogs to be mistreated or end up in a shelter.
As the buyer, you understand that you are responsible for providing your puppy with love and adequate care. If you cannot handle the vet fees, training fees, grooming fees, and overall upkeep of the puppy then I advise you to reconsider buying one of my puppies.
I am in no way responsible for the temperament of your puppy. Every puppy that comes from me will be well socialized and loved from birth until they are placed in their new homes.
Each puppy will come current on vaccines and dewormers, vet checked, and with a 1-year health guarantee that protects against inheritable diseases. They also come with a small bag of food, a shot record, and a blanket that smells like their siblings.
A $200 deposit secures your spot for an available puppy or position for a future litter. I only accept Venmo or PayPal for the deposit. I take deposits on a first come first serve basis and the deposit secures a spot based off gender. I cannot control the size of the litter, genders, or the colors of the puppies. A deposit is nonrefundable unless I am unable to produce the desired gender. If for some reason I do not produce the gender of your choosing you have three options... 1. You can move your deposit to one of my other litters. 2. You can switch to the opposite gender (if I have enough of that gender). 3. I can refund your deposit. If I move your deposit and produce your desired gender our deposit agreement has been satisfied and will not be eligible for a refund or able to be moved to another litter.
Once puppies have been picked if you back out your deposit will not be able to be returned or moved to a different litter.
Once puppies are born, I will let everyone on my list know and I will send new pictures every other week if not weekly.
If you would like to meet the puppies and their parents, you are more than welcome to make an appointment. I do not allow anyone to come until the puppies are past the two-week mark.
Puppies are picked at the two-week mark through pictures and videos or in person by appointment. I start the picking process in order of the deposits I have received. If you pick through pictures and videos, I will assist you in picking the perfect puppy for you.
Puppies are released at 8 weeks old. A date and time for picking up your puppy needs to be established as soon as possible. If you cannot come to Gladewater to pick up your puppy, we can arrange delivery or partial delivery for an additional fee. Please understand that I have several people to accommodate during the pickup time so be punctual and courteous about our agreed appointment for your puppy pickup. At pickup you will be required to sign my contract that we both get a copy of.
The remaining total is due in cash only at pickup or two weeks in advance via Venmo.
I charge an additional fee for each week after the 8-week mark that I must keep the puppy. You need to inform me that, that is necessary, and the fee will be due in advance.
The puppy is never to be placed in a shelter, given away, or sold. It is never to be used for breeding unless we have made an agreement when you placed your deposit. If for any reason you cannot keep the puppy you must return it to me so that I can rehome it. It is your responsibility to notify me immediately if you are unable to keep the puppy for any reason, no matter how long you have owned the dog. At which time it is up to my discretion to choose whether a refund is in order. You agree to sign the necessary papers to return sole ownership of the dog to me in the event the dog is returned.
I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone if my terms and conditions are not agreeable or adhered to.
